Amaryllis Easha

History

• Biography

  Amaryllis Easha was the 12th child and 5th daughter born to King and Queen Easha. Her family was very large, consisting of 17 children, seven daughters and ten sons. Each daughter was named after a flower and each son named for an animal.
  
  Her family ruled over a large and influential kingdom and as a child, she wanted to be just like her parents. She wanted to sit in a throne, overlooking her subjects and holding the fate of their lives in her hands. But as she grew older, she quickly came to learn that being the 12th child in a family of 17 children, meant that she had virtually no claim to the throne. At most, she could be a pretty face that would be married off to some nobleman to benefit the kingdom.
  
  But she refused to let this happen to her so at the age of 12, Amaryllis began sneaking out of the castle. It was not difficult to slip away unnoticed and she soon became an expert in the art of stealth. She would visit cities, disguised as a common thief and wearing the dark mask of a raven. She became a master of slight of hand and soon began to use her skills to steal for people. She never asked for payment for her services, instead she traded in secrets. She would steal something for someone and in return they must tell her their deepest secret.
  
  This soon began to pay off, as she began to learn dark secrets about the people in the city. At the time, the city was run by a collection of gangs, each with their own agenda and followers. They were usually on the brink of conflict, but overall the city remained peaceful. This was until Amaryllis finally began to put her plans into effect. She went to each of the leaders, offering them secret plans of their rivals and simply stood back as they fought, tearing each other apart. In the end, all the gangs had been destroyed, clearing the way for Amaryllis to rise to power.
  
  She controlled the underground and no one dared to challenge her because she held so many secrets that no one could be sure she did not know their darkest secrets. She stationed spies all around, who reported back to her and only increased her web of secrets. She used this to manipulate people, forcing them to do her bidding and keeping anyone from rising up against her.
  
  No one knew her name because she continued to wear the mask. They only knew her as the Queen of Secrets. Throughout this entire time, she managed to balance her life as a Princess with her life as the Queen of the underground. She went to parties in fancy dresses, danced with noblemen and at night disappeared to look after her kingdom. No one suspected a thing.
